"Megan is one of the most fabulous massage therapists in Los Angeles. I had the honor of having her work at my wellness spa for several years and have continued to use her for privates at home. She’s professional, punctual and has an amazing awareness of the body and how to customize your massage." - JF

"Been seeing megan throughout my entire pregnancy and cannot hype her up enough! I come from an athletic background and am used to getting deep tissue or sports massages. I was worried prenatal massages meant less pressure and less attention to muscles. But Megan really treats the mom! Her knowledge of the human anatomy, physiology, and prenatal changes is extraordinary. I usually book a deep tissue session for my husband and my younger sister too who just started running. Her skills set is vast and she is able to adjust her therapy to fit the needs of everyone in the family!" - CH

"Megan is the best! She is an incredibly gifted massage therapist. I've had chronic neck and back pain and she has the skills needed to work out the knots in a way where I feel better immediately. She's very aware of the intricacies of the neck and back muscles and how they connect, which is so important as she can address pain from a variety of ways. I highly recommend her - plus she is a great person overall!" - DB

I work with one person at a time, as consecutive appointments. The total time booked can be split between the number of people.

Megan completed a Bachelors at the University of California, Berkeley in Psychology, a career in bookkeeping, and various jobs in service and sales before she found her calling in massage therapy.  It was a perfect combination of her passion for the arts, sports, and science. More importantly, helping people by improving their quality of life.

Her career as a therapist began in 2009 at the National Holistic Institute, Los Angeles,  Megan graduated with honors from the 720 hour training program and completed the BCBTMB National Board Certification exam (#592815-10), She holds a California Massage License (#8050), AMTA professional membership (#1242024), 32 hour Pre- & Perinatal Massage Certification, and Healthcare Provider CPR Certificate.

In addition to her ongoing education, much of her hands-on knowledge came from great opportunities over the last eleven years of practice working with companies like Channel Road Inn, Equinox, Google, Sony, Tinder, Yellowstone Club, and more.  As well as the invaluable experience gained from volunteer positions with Best Buddies Challenge in San Simeon (5 years), the LA Marathon, LA Triathlon, and the Griffith Park trail race.

Her own athletic endeavors like yoga, trail running, road marathons, downhill skiing, rock climbing, surfing, swimming, pilates, dance, and weightlifting greatly round out her assessments, client treatments, and kinetic understanding. Evolution and personal growth are key values of her practice.

Most importantly, the variety of clients she has had the opportunity to work with and learn from along the way paired with ongoing continuing education, complete the optimal toolkit she brings to each treatment. You are in good hands.

Products I love

NOdPod EYe Mask

I have gone through many eye covers in my practice. A client had this soothing and relaxing eye mask and I have been hooked ever since. It stays put and works great when you are face up or on your side on the treatment table. I have one I use at home for naps as well.

these are the main massage supplies I love and use daily. You can buy your own to set up a relaxing home spa.

Earthlite LUna Massage Table

Here is my current massage table. I love it because it is comfortable, adjustable, durable, strong, and lightweight. It is the second Earthlite table I have owned and it lasts for years in my mobile practice.

Earthlite Massage Table Warmer

This fleece covered temperature adjustable table warmer takes your massage to the next level of relaxation. As you relax your body cools down and this keeps you at your desired temperature while on the treatment table.

  • I really like working with these sheets. They are thick, warm, and comfortable. I use them year round on my massage table and clients love them. Buy Here

  • I use this table protector over my table warmer, under the sheets to protect and prolong the life of the table warmer and table. Buy Here

  • I use this massage half round bolster in my sessions. It goes at the ankle when face down on the treatment table and under the knees when face up to take any pressure off the lower back and make the positions more comfortable. Earthlite Half Round Bolster. The size is great for most people and stays in place under the sheets. Buy Here

  • I use one similar to this for pregnant clients in my sessions to give the hips and back a rest from carrying the baby. It is great for side sleeping while pregnant, especially towards the end of the 3rd trimester. Buy here

  • This makes being face down as a new mom, anyone with implants, or anyone needs extra cushion up top more comfortable on the treatment table. Buy Here

  • These are for clients who prefer lighter weight sheets for the massage table, especially during the warmer months. Buy Here

  • If you would like a lower priced massage table that you don’t have to move up and down stairs, this is a good option for you. It is the first massage table I owned and used for 12 years. It was very comfortable, durable, adjustable, and mobile. Buy Here

  • This lightweight minimal ingredient ingredient massage lotion has been my go to for a while now. It is perfect for sensitive skin and works well for all types of modalities. Buy Here

  • This massage oil is great for dry skin and has been my oil of choice for a few years now. It is great for sensitive skin and is hypoallergenic. Buy Here

There are so many great self-care products I use and recommend to clients for maintenance between sessions. Here are a few favorites. If you would like more you can click on the link below to find all of the great products to level up your self-care routine and help you feel your best between appointments.

Calm Magnesium Powder is great to take before bed to help relax the muscles and get rid of muscle cramps.

Self-care wish this massage gun and app for your phone is a great help between sessions. You can use it on big muscle groups to speed up recovery time and lessen muscle soreness.

The TheraCane is a trigger point tool that works great to get into tight shoulders and back muscles.

A heated neck wrap is my go-to at the end of the day. It is relaxing for my tight jaw, neck, and shoulders.

Topical Arnica is great for sore muscles and bruising. It aids in healing. It is a weekly go to self-care product for me and has been for years.
